Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants, toddlers and their families. You will assess development, deliver therapy in natural environments, and support families in achieving child-specific goals.

The role offers flexible schedules and locations, a sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for part-time staff. Join a collaborative team serving children birth to three with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• California Speech-Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set goals.
• Deliver services in children’s natural environments including homes and community settings.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality.
