Job summary

Child Guidance Resource Centers in Philadelphia seeks licensed therapists for its Family Based Services program. The 32-week process places a two-clinician team with families in home, school, and community settings to address the child's emotional struggles and broader systemic issues.

Therapists employ talk, play, art, CBT, and other clinically grounded interventions to reach agreed-upon treatment goals, with opportunities for comprehensive supervision, leadership development, and flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in counseling psychology, social work or related behavioral health field.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience working with children and families in a mental health, education, child welfare or juvenile justice system
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Constructs the Therapeutic System;
• Establishes a meaningful Therapeutic Focus;

• Solidifies and Extends Changes;
• Creates effective networks inside and outside of the agency in order to reach mutual goals on behalf of client care;

• Skillfully and professionally builds and nurtures a team partnership that supports effective Family Based treatment.
