The Children’s Center of Wayne County (TCC) is seeking a Homebased therapist to deliver intensive clinical services to children and families enrolled in the Homebase program using the Family Centered Planning model.

Responsibilities include individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, coordination with schools and other services, and maintaining comprehensive clinical records while meeting program deadlines and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• Master’s degree in a mental health field (social work, psychology, or counseling) and Michigan clinical license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing mental/behavioral health services for children and families.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans and provide crisis interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and family therapy using the Homebase model and coordinate with families, schools and community resources.
• Conduct crisis interventions, develop treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Maintain clinical records in electronic systems and meet agency deadlines; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
