Responsibilities

• Review behavior plans and documentation to understand each child’s presenting problem.
• Engage with clients to identify individual, family and community strengths and resources.
• Provide therapeutic support per the client's treatment plan, including crisis intervention techniques and emotional support.
• Assist in creating and updating curricula and lesson plans.
• Monitor daily progress on goals and assist with data collection and analysis.
• Communicate progress with family and team members; respond to crises as needed.
