Job summary

Momentum Services, LLC is expanding its Family Based Therapist team to deliver individual, parenting, and family therapy in homes, schools, and communities. A flexible schedule and supportive, collaborative environment are emphasized, with secure, ongoing professional development and supervision.

The role includes a 30‑day initial assessment, crisis support during on-call rotations, and training opportunities to advance clinical skills within a family‑based service model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field and one year of work experience with children and/or families.
• FBI, PA Child Abuse, and Criminal background checks are required.
• Demonstrated clinical, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication with clientele and staff.
• Local travel is required for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children/youth and their families.
• Conduct a comprehensive 30‑day initial assessment and family therapy.
• Deliver services in the home, school, and community.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide crisis support.
• Engage in ongoing trainings to enhance clinical skills.
