Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred/required (for Orange County only).
• Experience in early intervention/home-based services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide child development services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to develop improvement strategies.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment—homes, daycare centers, or other community settings.
• Prepare re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
