Job summary
Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Child Development Specialists to work with infants, toddlers and their families in home-based early intervention programs across California. You will assess development, coach families, and support progress within a natural home or community setting.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or teaching credential required or preferred for Orange County
- Early Intervention Experience Preferred
- Home-Based Service Delivery Experience Preferred
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct developmental assessments, provide child development services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model
- Follow each child’s IFSP and work with the family to develop strategies
- Utilize family-centered parent coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills
- Provide services in the child’s natural environment, in homes or community settings
- Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual)
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families
