Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks Child Development Specialists to deliver infant and toddler home-based early intervention across California. You will collaborate with families in homes, daycare centers, and community settings to support developmental goals via a family-centered coaching approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in child development, early childhood, teaching, or related field.
• Special education credential may replace degree.
• Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide services using Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and help families set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in home, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Write progress reports and conduct bi-annual reassessments.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
