Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education required.
• At least 2 years of experience working with young children, preferably in Head Start or preschool.
• Caring and patient approach with strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote children's growth in all development areas.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Support children's learning and well-being in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards.
• Build positive relationships with families and help strengthen community connections.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with program guidelines.
