Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member in the United States. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders via the myTime app.

As an On-Demand TM, you won’t be on the posted weekly schedule; you pick up shifts, attend a Welcome orientation, and must respond to contact attempts. Starting pay is $18.00 USD per hour.

You’ll engage with guests, assist with checkout, drive-up orders, and keep the store clean and stocked while upholding Target standards.
