GI Associates & Endoscopy Center - Flowood, part of the GI Alliance network, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in Flowood, MS. You will provide scheduled patient services under direct supervision of a physician in hospital and clinic settings, perform histories and physicals, and order labs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold state license as NP or PA.
• Provide scheduled patient services under physician supervision.
• Complete patient histories and physicals.
• Order labs and interpret results.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel patient and family on health and disease
• Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
• Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
