Job summary

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our GI network, providing scheduled patient services under physician supervision in hospital and clinic settings.

You will take patient histories and perform physicals, order tests, and counsel patients and families while engaging in ongoing credentialing and education in a physician-led MSO environment that prioritizes quality care and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Gastrointestinal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled patient services under physician supervision in hospital and clinic settings
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnoses and order appropriate labs
• Counsel patients and families on health and disease
• Pursue required continuing education and credentialing at assigned facilities
• Work flexible schedule as business needs dictate
• Perform other duties as assigned
