Job summary

Green Bay Packaging in De Pere, WI is seeking General Laborers to join our production team. You can choose between the 1st/2nd shifts (6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm) or the straight 3rd shift (10pm–6am).

You will report production data, set up machines, enter run information, and monitor quality while assisting the crew and maintaining a clean work area. Starting pay is $24.10 per hour with comprehensive benefits and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good human relations and strong verbal communication skills required.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Report time, production, and material usage accurately.
• Set up machine, prepare materials, and retrieve paper from storage.
• Enter job information and measurements into the computer.
• Report irregularities, maintenance needs and quality issues.
• Assist crew with running, changing over, starting up, and cleaning.
• Check raw materials and corrugated board inventory to prevent shortages.
• Verify dimensions on corrugated board with measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and suggest process improvements.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
