Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring a General Laborer to support production across its two packaging divisions in a steady, daylight shift. The role emphasizes safety, quality control, data input, and teamwork within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position operates Monday through Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm, with a starting wage of $22.17 per hour. Responsibilities include following GMP guidelines, performing quality checks, and assisting machine operators as needed.

Qualifications

• Safety sensitive position – ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines.
• Understand production work orders, load tags, palletizing instructions, time sheets and all other relevant documents.
• Understand computer system and input of data.
• Perform quality checks on products and identify defects.
• Maintain production efficiencies and standards.
• Perform Packing, Palletizing, Bundling, Stacking, Sorting and Load Tags.
• Assist the Operators in efficient operation of the machine centers.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and surrounding area.
• Understand department communication systems and time/attendance reporting.
