Allied Universal in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Security Officer - Gatehouse Flex for a part-time role with fixed anchor shifts and the ability to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform. Earn more with the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program while maintaining reliable base hours.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The position offers a flexible schedule with shifts Fri/Sat/Sun evenings and opportunities to scale to a full-time schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment; driver’s license for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
