Responsibilities include delivering treatments, guiding therapeutic exercises, tracking progress, educating patients on mobility aids, and maintaining clear notes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the State of Arizona.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved PTA program (passed national exam).
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments per PT and physician’s plan of care.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Monitor and report patient progress and condition changes.
• Educate patients on mobility aids and prosthetic devices.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and participate in team meetings.
