Job summary

Emblem Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Arizona to join our team. You’ll provide hands-on care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and help patients reach their mobility goals with a flexible, full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include delivering treatments, guiding therapeutic exercises, tracking progress, educating patients on mobility aids, and maintaining clear notes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the State of Arizona.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved PTA program (passed national exam).
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
