Englefield, Inc. in Westerville is seeking Duchess Team Members (FT/PT) to join our team at State St. Westerville.

You will welcome customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store while promoting the Duchess Crown Card Rewards. We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy helping others, with flexibility for scheduling and a basic comfort with technology. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and service-oriented.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with technology and using modern POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
