Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security-related experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with access control and badge systems.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the building or designated areas by greeting visitors, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general building information, and communicate visitor arrivals, deliveries, and service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor security-related systems, alarms, cameras, and/or access-control activity from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with building management and emergency responders as appropriate.
