Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; driver’s license for driving roles.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and greet, screen, and direct patients, visitors, and vendors in accordance with facility policies.
• Monitor visitor access, maintain required logs and records, issue visitor credentials as authorized, and communicate entry concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting emergency personnel and/or facility representatives when needed.
• Support a welcoming healthcare location by observing front-desk activity, reporting unusual or unauthorized activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
