Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Minster, OH is hiring a Permanent Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. The role involves forklift operation, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate day-to-day paperwork, in a clean, safe facility.

The position offers base pay $23.00/hr with a $0.50 raise after 6 months and another after 1 year, overtime at $34.50, and extra incentives such as productivity bonuses up to $10/hr and a $1,000 sign-on.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform warehouse tasks (loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving).
• Maintain accuracy in picking/packing, auditing, and tote induction.
• Manage related paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Support automated packing system during core production shift.
• Adhere to performance guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
