Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Minster, Ohio is hiring a permanent Stand-Up Forklift Operator. The role features a base pay of $23/hour with potential increases and overtime, plus production incentives and a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments.

Flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered along with comprehensive benefits and PTO from month 1. Ideal candidates will have forklift certification, 1+ year warehouse experience, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Mansioni

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Manage day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours.
