The Arc Southern Chesapeake is seeking a Floater- Residential Support Professional to provide onsite instruction, support, and encouragement to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to pass Maryland criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with physical and personal care needs and daily living activities.
• Support household management (meal prep, laundry, cleaning) and transportation to maximize independence.
• Assist with and/or dispense medications as certified or as prescribed.
• Facilitate development of friendships and community connections.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in line with agency guidelines.
