Job summary

Andrews Center in Tyler, TX seeks a compassionate Residential Trainer/Floater to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our 24-hour residential programs. In this role you help clients with morning routines, recreational activities, and maintaining a safe, supportive home.

You will float between residential locations, adapt to daily schedules, and promote healthy habits and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with intellectual disabilities or related coursework preferred.
