Ideal candidates hold a BSN, have 2–3 years of related nursing experience, and are willing to float among designated Henry Ford Health locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Two to three (2-3) years of recent related clinical nursing experience in the area of practice.
• Willingness to float to multiple locations.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities for effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, demonstrate ability to handle nursing problems and an expanded group of nursing practices.
• Perform nursing interventions across a variety of nursing situations.
• Identify patient problems prior to explicit changes in patient-specific data collection.
