Job summary

Henry Ford Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Regional Float pool. The role offers medical center assignments across multiple units, with day and night shifts and self-scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Two years of recent clinical nursing experience in emergency department are required.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across units with individualized nursing plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify changes early.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
• Rapidly orient to different units and care protocols within the float pool.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions per standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety.
• Work assigned day and night shifts as scheduled.
