Eligible candidates hold a Massachusetts RN license with BLS and ACLS; BSN is preferred. Per diem scheduling with shift differentials and on-site work fosters collaboration across teams in a large health system.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• State of Massachusetts RN licensure required; BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient status and interprets clinical data.
• Performs nursing assessments and follows physician orders.
• Provides care across Critical Care, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units.
• Demonstrates competency and participates in unit-specific training.
