Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Milton in Milton, MA seeks compassionate RN for Float Pool per diem. You’ll rotate across med-surg and telemetry units, delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum 16 hours per month, with one winter and one summer holiday required, plus a rotating weekend schedule. Massachusetts RN license and BLS required; ICU/telemetry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent acute Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association before hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple med-surg units using the Nursing Process.
• Collaborate with caring teams to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Monitor telemetry and dysrhythmia per patient needs.
• Participate in QA activities, unit meetings and training programs.
