Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool across ICU/ED/Med-Surg-Tele. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, teaching and collaborative planning within a dedicated team.

The role requires MA RN licensure, an associate degree, and flexibility for day or night shifts. Competencies include communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy; BLS and ACLS/PALS per unit. This is a full-time on-site position in Needham, MA.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access).
• BLS-AHA required for direct patient care areas; ACLS-AHA for critical care areas; PALS-AHA for ED/Float.
