Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate and dependable Float Pool Resident Assistants to support multiple communities across Minnesota. You can select full-time or on-call shifts, traveling between locations, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Under supervision of a licensed nurse, you will assist tenants with daily living, promote independence and comfort, and document care in accordance with MDH standards and tenant rights.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilience and the ability to accept feedback, adapt, and grow professionally
• Personable, compassionate, and able to build trust with tenants, families, and coworkers
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
• Passion for providing high-quality, tenant-centered care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsabilités

• Assisting tenants with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
• Supporting tenant mobility, safety, comfort, and independence
• Providing basic nursing and restorative care services according to individual service plans
• Observing and reporting changes in tenant conditions to the nursing team
• Supporting tenants with cognitive impairments and addressing social and emotional needs
• Building positive relationships with tenants, families, and team members
• Maintaining accurate documentation as required
• Supporting individualized care plans and tenant preferences
• Assisting with medication administration after completing required training, as applicable
• Delivering care in accordance with MDH standards, the Tenant Bill of Rights, and community policies
