Great River Health Systems seeks skilled Medical Laboratory Technologists to perform tests and procedures in assigned sections with minimal supervision. You will troubleshoot issues affecting results and may assist with phlebotomy and specimen receiving as needed.

Eligibility requires an AA in laboratory science and at least 2 years of MLT experience. This role supports multiple hospital locations with a commitment to upholding quality and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in laboratory science from an accredited program.
• 2 years experience as an MLT.
• Ability to perform tests with minimal supervision and follow guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Performs qualitative and quantitative tests and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Identifies problems that may affect test performance and resolves them using judgment and critical thinking.
• May perform phlebotomy and assist with specimen receiving as assigned.
