HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to support multiple clinics in the East/Central Region. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent, ASCP/AMT certification, and CLIA compliance.

Teamwork, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential for delivering quality patient care. The role involves specimen processing, concurrent testing across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and related areas, plus documentation and regulatory adherence.

Competenze

Associate’s degree in a lab science or medical laboratory technology or equivalent certification with eligibility to be certified.
Certification by ASCP Board of Certification or AMT; if not certified, must register within 45 days and obtain certification within 6 months.
Qualified to work in a highly complex laboratory under CLIA.
Promote teamwork through courteous and cooperative attitude to all customers.

Collect and process biological specimens following SOPs.
Perform testing analysis and verify assay performance per SOP across specified areas.
Document and communicate lab results thoroughly and accurately.
Perform maintenance and ensure supplies are adequate.
