Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking an On-Call Float Caregiver (Lead Caregiver) to provide care across the regional service area. You will support seniors and individuals in homes and community settings, with duties ranging from personal care to companionship and daily living support.

The role emphasizes flexibility and reliability, with responsibilities including start-of-care visits, last-minute shift coverage, and coordinating care across multiple clients and locations within the service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification (active from the state of TN) required for CNA pay rate.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Smartphone with active data service.

Responsibilities

• Personal care tasks, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry.
• Companionship and daily living support.
• Start-of-care visits and shift coverage.
• Last-minute call-outs and overflow assignments.
• Supporting different clients and locations.
