Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking an On-Call Float Caregiver (Lead Caregiver) to provide care across the regional service area. You'll support seniors in their homes and communities, with guaranteed 30 hours per week and pay of $16/hour for non-certified caregivers or $17/hour for CNAs, plus a $1/hour shift differential.

Typical duties include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and start-of-care visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification active in TN required for CNA pay rate.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to cover 30-mile radius.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Smartphone with active data service.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks including bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and daily living support.
• Start-of-care visits and last-minute shift coverage.
• Support different clients and locations within service area.
