Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking an On-Call Float Caregiver (Lead Caregiver) to support seniors and individuals in their homes within the regional service area. The role emphasizes flexibility, dependability, and responsiveness to coverage needs.

This position offers guaranteed income with a flexible schedule, including shifts across various clients and locations. Availability includes weekdays and two weekends per month, with access to travel and coverage planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification active in TN required for CNA pay rate.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Smartphone with active data service.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Offer companionship and daily living support.
• Perform start-of-care visits.
• Cover last-minute call-outs and shifts.
• Support different clients and locations as needed.
