Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking an experienced Superintendent for Commercial Interiors in Chester, PA. This hands-on role bridges the gap between field and office to keep projects, crews, and communication moving smoothly.

You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate crews and materials, read plans, manage RFIs, and ensure schedules, quality, and productivity while collaborating with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Strong communication between field and office is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and project execution.
• Serve as the primary connection between field personnel and the office.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and jobsite activities.
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project details.
• Identify conflicts or questions in the field and communicate through RFIs.
• Help maintain project schedules, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, GCs, and field teams.
• Take ownership of projects and help solve issues as they arise.
