This hands-on position bridges field and office, overseeing field operations, coordinating crews and RFIs, and keeping projects on schedule. Ideal candidates have strong communication, can read plans, and have experience with commercial interiors and related trades; GC/subcontractor background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience required.

Responsibilities

Superintendent | Commercial Interiors

Location: Chester, PA

A well-established, family-owned commercial specialty subcontractor is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can effectively bridge the gap between the field and office and help keep projects, crews, and communication moving smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and project execution
• Serve as the primary connection between field personnel and the office
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and jobsite activities
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project details
• Identify conflicts or questions in the field and communicate them through the appropriate RFI process
• Help maintain project schedules, quality, and productivity
• Communicate with project managers, clients, GCs, and field teams
• Take ownership of projects and help solve issues as they arise

What They're Looking For
