Qualifications

• Licensed or certified therapist (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW or Psychologist) in California.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience working with trauma, substance use, and homeless populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and intake documentation.
• Provide individual and group therapy using appropriate modalities.
• Complete required documentation and coordinate with treatment teams.
• Collaborate with community resources and referral sources.
• Provide crisis intervention and phone support when needed.
