Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide direct care across the lifespan in a clinician-led group practice serving California communities.

Roles include in-person work with a dedicated treatment room and support from intake/billing staff, along with steady referrals to build a caseload quickly. Applicants must hold a CA license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) and demonstrate strong communication, time management, and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• Direct care experience and invested interest in providing care.
• Complete documentation within 72 hours.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning and care for own caseload across the lifespan.
• Review and sign treatment notes.
• Work collaboratively with Regional Practice Director.
• Collaborates with other departments to maintain great client care experience.
• Follow established clinical protocols and procedures at all times.
• Represent the practice in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
