Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide direct client care and manage notes for a diverse caseload across San Diego, Riverside, and CA-wide virtual clients.

You will join a clinician-led, family-centered practice with in-person rooms, dedicated intake staff, and a supportive team, offering ongoing supervision and a clear path for clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
• Ability to provide direct care and complete notes within 72 hours.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning and care for own caseload across the lifespan.
• Review and sign treatment notes.
• Collaborate with Regional Practice Director and other departments to maintain client care.
• Follow established clinical protocols and maintain professional client interactions.
