Job summary

Pacific Blue Psychological Services seeks licensed therapists (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or licensed psychologist) to provide clinical and counseling services in Los Angeles-area facilities. Work 2–5 days a week, 6–8 hours daily, part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule and client-centered approach.

Responsibilities include facilitating individual and group therapy, initial assessments, and collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state of California.
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of counseling and group therapy theories.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience with trauma, substance use, and homelessness populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and counseling services to clients in various facilities.
• Apply appropriate interventions and psychotherapy modalities to meet goals.
• Offer individual and group therapy and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and referral sources.
• Provide crisis intervention and phone support as needed.
