Grow Through Life Counseling is expanding its clinician-led team in California, offering in-person roles with dedicated treatment rooms and strong intake and billing support. The practice emphasizes collaboration, growth, and minimal administrative burden to maximize client care.

The Licensed Therapist will provide direct care across age groups, with a focus on children and teens, while maintaining accurate notes and meeting documentation timelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• Ability to complete documentation within 72 hours.
• Willingness to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for a diverse caseload (children to adults).
• Complete and review treatment notes; collaborate with Regional Practice Director.
• Work with other departments to ensure high-quality client care and experience.
• Represent the practice professionally and adhere to clinical protocols.
