Job summary

Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. seeks Fee-for-Service Licensed Social Workers (LMSW/LCSW) and LMHC for our Queens clinics.

The role delivers direct outpatient mental health services including individual, family, and group therapy, with a focus on crisis intervention, care coordination, and thorough documentation to support reimbursement. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor, participate in supervision, and contribute to a trauma-informed, integrated care model across Jamaica

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a nationally accredited institution.
• Valid NYS LMSW required.
• Must obtain NPI prior to start date.
• Must obtain and maintain all licensure/certifications for NY State.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial interview, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapy with individuals, groups and families.
• Maintain mandated levels of service and participate in supervision.
• Complete and submit documentation for Agency reimbursement within 24 hours of session.
