Proud Moments ABA in New York seeks Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, home-based treatment under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavioral plans, collect progress data, and coordinate with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities to keep pace with children aged 2–15.
