Intellect is expanding its EAP provider network and seeking qualified counsellors and clinical psychologists to deliver telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, and therapy services across a global client base. The role offers flexible employment models and opportunities to participate in webinars, seminars, CPD, and an expanding program in workplaces.

You will work with a diverse client base in corporate settings, collaborating with the internal clinical team to continually improve EAP

Qualifications

• Master’s in Counselling or Counselling Psychology
• Active membership/registration with ACA or PACFA
• 1–3 years of supervised counselling experience

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-style consultations
• Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite as needed
• Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional)
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs
