Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across New Jersey. The role centers on helping clients achieve independence, daily living skills, and active community participation while following each person's ISP.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
