Job summary

ASG Home Care is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey. We offer consistent hours, local cases, and a supportive team focused on success.

As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with individuals in home and community settings, following each person’s ISP to promote independence and daily living skills. CPR/First Aid, or willingness to obtain, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable caregiver mindset.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home/community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care and meal preparation.
• Encourage independence and community participation per ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with individuals you support.
