Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. The role involves one-on-one in-home and community support, following each person\'s ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours and consistent, local cases with a supportive team and opportunities for growth within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client\'s ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
