Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. The role involves one-on-one support and following each client’s ISP to promote independence.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team. The position pays $18–$24 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a DDD-focused agency and consistent, nearby cases.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
