Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. Roles focus on independence, daily living skills, and ISP-driven care in one‑on‑one settings.

The position offers flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team within a DDD‑focused agency. Compensation ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving/ DSP or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community‑based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client’s ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
